It's time for the Cowlishaw game

It's time for the Cowlishaw game
Apr. 14, 2009 (The Dallas Morning News delivered by Newstex ) --

No one thought Vicente Padilla wouldn't make it out of the fourth inning last night. He gave up 11 hits, 7 ER in 3 1/3 IP. So no one is a grand prize winner.

Kent and Mojo had Scott Feldman as the first reliever in for the Rangers . As for extra base hits, the Rangers had seven of them (4 2Bs, 3 HRs). Big shout out to Big Expectations, who had the Rangers with seven extra base hits and that it would be the 4 2Bs and 3 HRs. Nice. JT and tcat also had 7 extra base hits (and were close at 3 HRs, 3 2Bs, 1 3B).

Tonight's contestant: Brandon McCarthy

Score: Rangers 6, Baltimore 4 (I don't know why, but I have a good feeling about this game. Like the bullpen will get the job done and the Rangers will play defense.)

IP: 6H: 7R: 2ER: 2BB: 2K: 5Pitches: 104

Ranger with the most hits: Josh Hamilton (among others) 2-for-5 with HRAttendance at the game: 14,877 (there were 12,184 last night, the fewest for a regularly scheduled game in the park's history)First Ranger reliever in the game: Jason Jennings
